This investor insight report has identified the Top 10 investment suburbs for houses in Australia. In order to determine the final list of suburbs an analysis has been conducted reviewing historic data, current market conditions and socio-economics.

The wider area is scored based on short and long-term price trends, pipeline supply, inventory, days on market, vacancy rates, rental price trends and property ownership and mortgage risk data.  

Once areas are shortlisted, suburbs are then selected based on the same criteria but with additional socio-economic data, yields and rental tenure parameters.
